Preparation
In order to successfully install and configure Lotus Notes7 on your PC computer:
- Submit an IPT Equipment Availability Checklist (EAC) for every computer you will be using for your graduate studies.
- Upon receipt, an account will be created for you on our system. Your username, password, and ID file (e.g. jdoe.id) will be sent to you via an email.
- Download Lotus Notes (See Step A).
Steps
Please follow the directions below and complete all four steps (A through D).
- Step A: Install Lotus Notes 7.0 on Your PC Computer
(Estimated time to complete the step - 5 - 50 min. depending on your Internet connection speed)
- Step B: Configure Lotus Notes to Communicate with the IPT Server
(Estimated time to complete the step - 10 min.)
- Step C: Set Up Lotus Notes for Your IPT Online Course Database
(Estimated time to complete the step - 15 min.)
- Step D: Create a Local Replica of IPT Boot Camp DB and a Local Replica of BSU Campus DB
(Estimated time to complete the step - 15-50 min. depending on your Internet connection speed)Download other required software
After you have completed each of the procedures above, please confirm that you have the software listed below on your computer. You will be asked to use the software during the IPT Bootcamp and in IPT online courses, so it is strongly recommended that you complete the downloading tasks before the first day of Bootcamp.

2. The most recent version of Internet Explorer or other browsers -
