Dr. Gayeski is an internationally acknowledged organizational communication and learning futurist, management consultant, educator, and program developer. The author of fourteen books and the recipient of numerous research awards and grants, she is Associate Dean and Professor in the Department of Strategic Communication at Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY.

In addition to her full-time appointment at Ithaca College and her adjunct teaching at BSU, she is CEO of Gayeski Analytics. She's led over 300 projects with clients worldwide, including General Electric, Labatts, Bank of Montreal, Intel, US Department of Labor, and Sacramento County Department of Public Works, helping them to develop tools and technologies for performance improvement. She specializes in translating the newest theories and technologies to practical, quick, inexpensive, and performance-based interventions and in getting top management buy-in to new ways to conceptualizing organizational communication and learning.
