Dr. Dormant has been a consultant and university teacher for thirty years in
change management, organizational consulting, and group training techniques.
Currently, she teaches graduate courses at Indiana University in the
Department of Instructional Systems Technology and in the Ergonomics
Program.
Consultant: As a consultant in change management,
instructional development, and organizational communications, her clients
have included pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, healthcare, banking,
insurance, social service, education, and the military.
Developer: As President of Dormant & Associates, Inc.,
Diane directed the development of numerous training and communication
products, including The Change Mapping SM Workshop which provides
skills-training for organizational teams responsible for implementing change
projects.
