Educational Background:

Mr. Robert Horton received his Master of Science degree in Instructional and Performance Technology from Boise State University. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.

Professional Experience:

He is the President of Level Five Interactive, Inc. a multimedia eLearning company specializing in custom design and development of computer and Internet based communication and training solutions.
