Dr. Penny Schwiebert received her Doctor of Philosophy degree from the University of Idaho. She also has a Master of Arts in Education degree from Boise State University. Included in the many courses Dr. Schwiebert has taught are: Future of Work, Strategies in Adult Education, Fifth Discipline: Art and Science of Building a Learning Organization, Mastering Instructional Design, Performance Consulting, Project Management and Human Performance Technology I and II. She is the President of The Schwiebert Group, Inc., a company who provides performance enhancement services to meet clients' needs for the workforce of today and to help prepare them for the workforce of tomorrow.
