The IPT online course databases are available on the web as well. Click the title of the course you are taking. Type in your Lotus Notes username and password to log in. (NOTE: Your username is also the name of your Lotus Notes user ID file.  Typically, it is the first character of your first name plus the first 7 characters of your last name.
