* Academic and professional accomplishments by IPT students and alumni

The IPT program emphasizes scholarly activities as well as professional accomplishments. IPT students and alumni are publishing journal articles, presenting at professional conferences, and receiving awards and certificates, largely as a result of their learning from the IPT program and working closely with IPT professors. Below is a list of publications, presentations and awards that IPT students and alumni have produced/received since 2001.

  1. Shelley Berg* received an Honorary Materials Scientist award for developing a series of e-learning modules for the department of Materials Science and Engineering at Boise State University The modules are being used as supplementary learning material in ENGR 245 and other advanced engineering courses.
