Upon receipt of your EAC form, our
Systems Administrator Ron
Grames will verify your system will run Lotus Notes.
After verification is complete, your account will then be
created on our system. Your
Lotus Notes username, password, ID file (e.g. jdoe.id) and a
link to download and install/set-up Lotus Notes will be sent
to you via an email.

Why Lotus Notes?
We have chosen Lotus Notes as our online instructional
delivery medium for many reasons. Particularly,
- Using Lotus Notes, students can work on their course
work off-line after they receive it from the server.
Using its web version, they can also have access to
their course databases from anywhere in the world. These
off-line and online options are especially helpful to
full-time professionals who need flexibility in time
(within any given week) and location.
- Unlike other web-based course management systems,
Lotus Notes allows students as well as instructors to
use various word-processing and multimedia features.
- Students can keep a complete copy of each course DB
on their computer for future reference.
