I definitely feel that the IPT degree has contributed both to my professional success and the value that I've brought to my employers and to my clients.

I graduated in December '99 and was working all through my degree program.  The practical application and ability to use real projects at work for my schoolwork provided relevance and practical application.

The degree is an integral part of my Certified Performance Technologist certification from ISPI.  I apply Human Performance Technology principles in all of my work.  When I was with The Regence Group, not only did I apply stringent evaluation procedures, but as a manager, I also hired an IPT grad!

Currently I use both Instructional Technology as well as Performance Technology as a consultant for a Learning and Performance Management Company.
